Notices in the notch

If you also use Cortex Shelf, the notch app from Cortex Labs, what Ted judges worth telling you also shows up on the notch.

• What interrupts: the daily brief, nudges, and messages worth a look. Job runs and skill proposals wait for your next glance.
• The notice travels over a local Unix socket. Shelf checks Ted's code signature before showing anything. No network, and nothing is queued while Shelf is closed.
• It works even if you denied Ted macOS notification banners; the notch is its own channel.

Turn it off in Shelf, under Settings › Privacy › Ted notices on the island. Without Shelf, nothing changes.

Requires Cortex Shelf 0.3.15 or later.
