Cortex memory

Ted remembers things on his own. Cortex, the Cortex Labs memory app, adds recall by meaning and a map of who's who. Install Cortex sets it up in the background in about 30 seconds; after that, Ted's recall uses Cortex too.

Claude Code skill

Install / refresh skill writes ~/.claude/skills/ted-agent/SKILL.md, describing your current team. Any Claude Code session you open then knows how to work with your Ted team through the ted-agent command-line tool. Refresh it when your team changes.
