E-mail, Teams, Telegram and Slack
Everything here lives in Settings › Channels. The rule is the same everywhere: Ted reads and tells you what matters, and never answers on his own. He sends when you ask.
E-mail
- Sign in with Google or Microsoft for Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook and Hotmail, without an app password.
- IMAP for everything else, with iCloud, Fastmail and Yahoo filled in for you.
Then:
- "Reply to Diego's e-mail saying…" answers in the same thread, in your voice.
- "Send it from my work e-mail" works, because Ted knows your accounts by name and address.
- Inbox cleanup when you ask: Ted searches any connected inbox (Gmail search syntax works), replies to older e-mails and moves the ones you do not want to the trash, where they can still be recovered. Nothing is marked as read.
Microsoft Teams
Sign in with your work or school account. Ted reads your chats, tells you what matters and sends messages as you when you ask.
Telegram, Slack and e-mail lines
You can also talk to Ted from Telegram, Slack or an e-mail address, and he answers right there. Add a line with its name and credentials, and use Test send to check it. A line can be paused or archived; archived lines stop receiving messages.
